James C. Nash, President
James C. Nash (Cliff) has been in the plumbing and mechanical business since 1974 and holds active State of Florida Plumbing, LP Gas and Pollutant Storage Tank Contracting licenses. Cliff currently oversees all day-to-day operations of Nash, Inc., including public relations, design and design/build services, bid day proposals, job cost review, and all financial and investment matters. Before becoming president, Cliff served as vice president, jobs superintendent and foreman on all types of projects, such as hotel, correctional facilities, hospitals, and industrial plants. Cliff is the son of George J. Nash, who is the founder and former CEO of Nash, Inc. George is now retired. Cliff is the owner and retains 100% of the stock in Nash, Inc.
David J. Mears, Vice President - Field Operations
Dave has been in the contracting business since 1974 and holds a Bachelor of Business degree from FAU and an active General Contractor's License from the State of Florida. He is currently in charge of managing all field operations. His duties include handling the submittal process, material requisitions, change order requests, pay applications and direct contact with general contractor's project management staff. He has been with our company since 1994 in this capacity in which he has managed projects with contract costs from $200,000 to $6 million. His projects have been in the health care, education, hotel and corrections fields. Specific projects include: Munroe Regional Medial Center, Ocala, FL for $2,800,000 in plumbing; Coleman Federal Prisons for $16 million in plumbing; and University of Florida Physics Building for $6 million in plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler and control work; Federal Courthouse, Jacksonville, FL for $1.6 million in plumbing; and Fort Jackson Trainee Barracks, SC for $1.5 million in plumbing.
Jonathan W. Brokaw, Senior Project Manager
Since 1993 Jonathan Brokaw has served Nash Inc. in several capacities; first, as Junior Estimator, then Project Engineer, followed by Project Manager and Mechanical Qualifier. Jonathan has worked in the plumbing and mechanical industry since his high school years and continues to serve both the industry and Nash Inc. as an organized detail oriented manager of plumbing and mechanical systems on projects ranging from $500,000 hotels to multi-million dollar hospitals. Jonathan has served in the capacity of Project Manager since 1996 demonstrating his ability to multi-task on multiple projects at one time. Jonathan received his Bachelors in Business Administration in 2000 and became a Florida Licensed Mechanical Contractor in 2001.
John Gallico, Director Pre-Construction Services
John has worked in the plumbing industry since 1984, and with Nash, Inc. since 1996. He holds a plumbing license and is certified in medical gas piping installation in accordance to NFPA. John is currently certified in plumbing and mechanical Estimation. John's experience has consisted of job foreman, project superintendent, project management and now estimating. John presently handles the day-to-day operations of the Nash, Inc. Pre-Construction Department, including design build, budgeting and hard bids.
Monte Wilson, Office Manager
Monte has worked in management, both public and private, since 1981. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Florida State University. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office.
