James C. Nash James C. Nash - CEO
James C. Nash (Cliff) has been in the plumbing and mechanical business since 1974 and holds active State of Florida Plumbing, LP Gas, and Pollutant Storage Tank Contracting Licenses. Cliff currently oversees all day-to-day operations of Nash, Inc., including Public Relations, Design and Design/Build services, bid day proposals, job cost review, and all financial and investment matters.

Before becoming CEO, Cliff served as President, Vice President, Superintendent, and Foreman. The projects he worked on included hotels, correctional facilities, hospitals, and industrial plants.

Cliff is the son of George J. Nash, who is the founder and former CEO of Nash, Inc. George is now deceased. Cliff is the owner and retains 100% of the stock in Nash, Inc.

David J. Mears David J. Mears - President
Dave has been in the contracting business since 1974 and holds a Bachelor of Business degree from FAU and an active General Contractor's License from the State of Florida. He is currently in charge of managing all field operations. His duties include handling the submittal process, material requisitions, change order requests, pay applications, and direct contact with the general contractor's project management staff.

He has been with our company since 1994 in this capacity in which he has managed projects with contract costs up to $50M. His Design/Build projects have been in healthcare, education, hotel, and corrections fields. Specific projects include: Munroe Regional Medical Center, Ocala, FL, Coleman Federal Prisons, U of F Physics Building, Federal Courthouse, Jacksonville, FL, Fort Jackson Trainee Barracks, SC, Fort Bliss Trainee Barracks, El Paso, TX, and the recently completed Fort Benning MATOC and SATOC projects.

Monte Wilson Monte Wilson - Vice President of Business Services
Monte worked as the Office Manager since being hired in 2001 until 2011 when he was promoted to the position of Vice President of Business Services. He received his Associates of Arts Degree from CFCC and his Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida State University. He has extensive experience in Purchasing and Contracting. Monte is in charge of the day to day management of all office staff.

Jonathan W. Brokaw Jonathan W. Brokaw - Senior Project Manager
Jonathan has been in the plumbing and mechanical contracting business for over twenty years. Jonathan has been with Nash, Inc. since 1993. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and is a State of Florida Certified Mechanical Contractor.

He is in charge of management of all Central Florida projects for the company, and his duties include the submittal process, material procurement, change orders, pay applications, budget analysis, overall project quality control, project close-out, and direct contact with the general contractor's management staff. Jonathan has managed the plumbing and mechanical work for projects such as convention centers, hospitals and healthcare facilities, high-rise offices and hotels, theme parks, and prisons with individual costs ranging from $250,000 to $20,000,000.

John Gallico John Gallico - Director Preconstruction Services
John has worked in the plumbing industry since 1984 and with Nash, Inc. since 1996. He holds a State of Florida Journeyman's License and is certified in medical gas piping in accordance with NFPA. John is currently certified in plumbing and mechanical Estimation. John's experience has consisted of job foreman, project superintendent, project management, and now estimating. John presently handles the day-to-day operations of Nash, Inc. Preconstruction Services.

Ryan Nash Ryan Nash - Project Manager
Ryan, son of Cliff Nash, grew up in the business and worked on several projects while attending high school. Ryan received his Associates of Arts Degree from Auburn University, and in 2007 he graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction Management. Ryan has served as Assistant PM at the Mayo Clinic, TPC Sawgrass, and SATOC Fort Benning, GA. He is currently serving as Project Manager at the 3rd Army Headquarters Complex, Shaw Air Force Base, Sumter, SC, with a project cost of $13,000,000.

Greg Ellis Greg Ellis - Project Manager
Greg has been in the plumbing and mechanical contracting business since 1997. Greg holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and an Associate of Arts Degree in Agriculture. He also holds a Medical Gas Certification.

Greg has extensive field experience as a plumber, and after obtaining his degrees he was promoted to the position of Project Manager. His duties include the submittal process, material procurement, change orders, pay applications, budget analysis, overall project quality control, project close-out, and direct contact with the general contractor's management staff. Greg has served as Assistant Project Manager on Leesburg Regional Medical Center Expansion Phase II with project costs of $1.7 million; as Assistant Project Manager on Orange County Convention Center Expansion Phase V with project costs totaling $16 million; as Assistant Project Manager for Jacksonville Federal Courthouse with project costs totaling $800,000; as Project Manager for Jacksonville International Airport with project costs of $8 million; Jacksonville Mayo Clinic with project costs of $9 million; SATOC Fort Benning with project costs of $43 million, and currently the 5th IBCT Barracks, Fort Stewart, GA with project costs of $16 million.

George M. Nash George M. Nash - Project Manager
George has been in the plumbing and mechanical business since 1970. He has worked as a project superintendent on jobs with a plumbing contract value of $250,000 to $20 million. During his career, he has been involved with various projects such as waste treatment plants, distribution centers, chiller plants, convention centers, theme parks, hospitals, and hotels. George currently serves as Project Manager at Fort Benning, GA on multiple projects.

Dave Worrell, Sr. Dave Worrell, Sr. - Project Manager
Dave has been in the plumbing and mechanical trades for over 35 years and has served Nash Inc in the capacity of Project Superintendent and Project Manager. His duties include the day-to-day onsite submittal process, material procurement, change orders, pay applications, budget analysis, overall project quality control, project close-out, and direct contact with the general contractor's management staff. David has served as Project Manager on Leesburg Regional Medical Center Expansion Phase II, with Hunt Construction on the Orange County Convention Center Expansion Phase V and Phase III, Orlando Federal Courthouse, Florida Hospital Orlando New Bed Tower, and currently as Project Manager on the New Lake County Courthouse Expansion in Tavares, FL. . Dave has been with our company since 1985.

Dale Lee Dale Lee - General Superintendent
Dale has been in the plumbing and mechanical trades since 1974 and has served Nash Inc as General Superintendent since 1980. Dale is in charge of all field operations for the company. His duties include direct supervision of all Foremen and Superintendents, scheduling of manpower, materials and project close-out. Dale has lead our field staff on numerous projects such as hospitals, prisons, schools, distribution centers, courthouses, military installations, etc. with individual contract costs upwards of $40,000,000.00.

Debra Wallace Debra Wallace - Accounting Manager
Debra has been with Nash, Inc. since 1985 and has worked in every area of the company. She is responsible for the accounting functions at Nash Inc including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Release of Liens, General Contractor and Subcontractor billings. In addition, Debra supervises the Human Resource and Payroll departments. She also serves as Secretary to the President of the company.

Leloni Weeks Leloni Weeks - Purchasing Agent
Leloni has been with Nash, Inc. since 2004 when she was hired in the Project Management Department as Secretary. She was promoted into the Purchasing Department a year and half later to the position of Purchasing Agent. She is in charge of all procurement of materials and services company wide, including contract negotiations and quotations.

David Worrell, Jr. David Worrell, Jr. - Special Projects Manager
Dave (Jr) has been in the plumbing and mechanical trades for over 20 years. He is in charge of all field operations for Nash Inc in the Central Florida region. His duties include direct management of all job site Foreman and Superintendents, scheduling of manpower, materials and project completion. With Dave's extensive experience in the mechanical area he also certifies all the welders on his projects.He has lead our field staff on various projects such as hospitals, correctional facilities, schools, high rise office buildings and hotels. Dave has currently taken over the Special Projects Division for the company.

Max King Max King - Safety and Equipment Manager
Max manages all employee safety and company equipment. As Safety Manager he conducts project inspections to mitigate unsafe working conditions and to observe and educate our employees as to the best practices for a safe working environment.
As Equipment Manager, Max is responsible for the purchasing, staging and maintaining of all company equipment

Jonathon Kennen Jonathon Kennen - BIM Manager
Jonathon comes to Nash, Inc. as a second generation plumber for the company and began work for Nash in 2001 in the field. He moved up the ladder to a plumber's assistant, and then was given an opportunity in the Estimating department. For 3 years he handled various types of construction bids, after which he pioneered Nash Inc's Drafting department utilizing the latest 3D drafting software.

Jonathon works closely with engineers on design build projects and insures that the prefabrication departments implementation company wide. He is responsible for producing accurate sleeve layouts, coordination drawings, as-built documents, and conducting lead BIM coordination for all major projects that are built for the company. Jonathon is certified for AutoCAD, NAVISWORKS Manage, AutoCAD MEP and REVIT- MEP. He is an ASPE member and attends regularly held plumbing workshops.
